How christwiggsrealty.com handles your information.

This policy explains how christwiggsrealty.com (the “site”), operated by Chris Twiggs and Blair Allen Property Management, handles information. Questions: chris@blairallen.com or (605) 545-1218.
Information you give us
When you use a form on this site, you send us the details you type, such as your name, email, phone number, property address and message. We use it only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about. Forms are delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which handles the submission on our behalf.
Rental and storage applications
This site doesn't collect home rental applications or payment information. Rental listings, applications and tenant screening happen on the Blair Allen listings and property management platforms, and those platforms have their own privacy policies. The Sherman Street Storage rental application on this site collects only your contact details, preferred unit size and expected start date; it is delivered to our email through Web3Forms like our other forms, and it does not collect payment information. If an application is denied based on information in a consumer report, you'll receive the notice required by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell personal information, and we don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Third-party content
Some pages show content from other services, such as an Instagram feed, Google Fonts, and links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, our listings and home-search pages, and Google Calendar scheduling. Those services may collect information under their own policies when their content loads or when you click through.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to respond to you or provide services you request (for example, with Blair Allen team members), to comply with law, or to protect our rights. We don't sell or rent your information.
Retention and your choices
We keep messages as long as needed to respond and for our business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing chris@blairallen.com.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
